Are any of these true for you? - You have a great handle on knitting and purling and you've made enough scarves to last you and your loved ones a lifetime? - You took one of our learn to knit classes but haven't progressed to the next step? - Been dreaming about making cowls, hats, shawls, mitts, gloves, socks, sweaters? They all use these next step techniques!
Build your skills and add some more tools to your knitter's tool box so you can make all sorts of projects that are knit in the round and require shaping (increases/decreases).
In this class you'll learn how to KFB (knit front/back), K2tog (knit two together), join your cast on edge to knit in the round, knit and purl in the round, and start on a pattern that will perfect your skills.
There will be a choice of patterns available so you can pick something you know you'll use when you're done with it.
Class size is limited to 6 people.
Masks will be worn throughout our time together. We're doing our best to keep everyone safe!
Must know how the knit, purl, cast on, and bind off
You'll need needles and scrap yarn for class to learn the techniques. Materials for your chosen project can be purchased at the shop. We strongly recommend purchasing a copy of "Skill Set: Beginning Knitting" if you don't already own one - it is available at the shop.
