Online Help

We are pleased to now be able to bring our helpful staff from the store to your device and offer virtual help sessions.

Each slot is valid for 15 minutes of help via Zoom or Facetime (your choice). 

Someone from the shop will be in touch with you directly to coordinate a time that works for the both of you.

If you have any information that would be helpful to know prior to setting up your session, please feel free to enter that in the "Comments" box during checkout - same if you have a particular day or block of time that would be best.
