Year Long Blanket MKAL Kit from Berroco
NOTE: We will have a single kit at the shop so you can take a look at what's included, these kits will be drop shipped direct to your front door by the vendor. Perfect for ordering for a holiday gift! If you would like to ship it to us at Yarns in the Farms to keep it a secret and then pick it up from us, we're happy to do that. Starting January 2025, Berroco is hosting a blanket Mystery Knit-A-Long (MKAL)!
Build your skills with this year-long MKAL. The Berroco Design Team has created a mix of techniques and methods for 20 12"x12" squares that will make a beautiful finished blanket. One square (sometimes 2) will be released per month and the techniques will grow increasingly more challenging meaning this is a great project for everyone from beginner to advanced knitters.
Practice outside in, center out, and straight up and down knitting as you work through squares featuring texture patterns, lace, cables, slipped stitches, stranded colorwork, intarsia, and finish with with a cable and lace combo. Squares are seamed together during finishing with a border added to frame your masterpiece with the perfect finishing touch.
At the end of 2025, finished projects added to Ravelry will be entered to win a Year's Worth of Yarn - be sure to tag your project with VintageMKAL25.
