Darning and Mending Loom Kits from Katrinkles
These kits include all of the tools you'll need to repair a hole in a knitted garment. Simple instructions are included.
The small darning loom is great for mending smaller accessories like socks or mittens or for smaller holes in other garments. The large darning loom is ideal for weaving patches over large holes in sweaters, blankets, and other garments.
Small Darning Loom includes:
- 1 darning loom
- 1 heddle (~1.5" long)
- 1 elastic tie
- 1 tapestry needles
- 1 instruction pamphlet
(add on the heddle expansion pack for more options!)
Large Darning Loom includes:
- 1 bigger darning loom
- 3 heddles: 5, 6, & 7 teeth per inch (~3.5" long)
- 1 elastic tie
- 1 5" sharp metal needle
- 1 wooden tapestry needle
- 1 instruction pamphlet
Heddle Expansion pack includes:
- 3 heddles: 5, 6, & 7 teeth per inch (~2.5" long)

All are made from locally sourced birch wood and hand finished in the Katrinkles studio in Providence, RI.
